Intelex Announces Definitive Agreement To Be Acquired By Industrial Scientific

Industrial Scientific, the world leader in connected brain detection technologies and a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortive Corporation (NYSE: FTV), is pleased to announce that it has signed and entered into a final agreement to acquire Intelex Technologies in Toronto, Canada. Intelex was founded in 1992 by Andrew Jaine and Ted Grunau. Its web and mobile applications have been designed to simplify environmental, safety and quality management by optimizing business performance, enabling compliance with legislation and optimizing initiatives developed by the International Standards Organization. In June 2016, Intelex acquired Denver-based Ecocion, a Denver-based provider of environmental management information systems. TORONTO, 6.
