126.96.36.199 New recruitments in colony schools receive only the settlement allowance provided for at 188.8.131.52. 4.5.2 Any current principal obligation that has entered into a term of less than five years on 1 September 2017 may be pursued in the term contract up to a total number of five-year years called the principal obliged. If the total term of the headteacher designation is five years as of August 31, 2018, the employer must decide by April 30, 2018, whether or not the designation is maintained during the 2018/2019 school year, and if it continues, it is deemed sustainable. 2.1 The collective agreement will enter into force on September 1, 2012, unless otherwise stated, and will remain in effect until August 31, 2016.
