4.3 The „A“ wage plan is attached to this collective agreement and is an integral part of this collective agreement. 14.1.1.1 For no more than five days of classes per school year, if applicable, due to critical illness and, if applicable, no more than five days of classes per school year for the death of one of the teacher`s or his or her spouse`s following related parents: spouse, child, parent, grandparent, grandson, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, sister-in-law, stepdaughter, daughter-in-law, son-in-law or other parent. 5.2.1.2 A substitute teacher who occupies more than four consecutive days of apprenticeship and accepts an employment contract with the employer is paid on the first day in the payroll plan according to his or her recognized placement. 17.2.1 The parties recognize that good management and management of a school system is the right and responsibility of the employer to formulate and adopt policies and regulations. 14.3.1 Additional periods of absence, with or without remuneration, and other benefits in this agreement may be granted to teachers at the sole discretion of the employer, at the employer`s request. 1.2 For the purposes of this collective agreement, and notwithstanding the provisions of the Schools Act, Teachers` Day is considered non-compulsory. 4.2.3.2 In addition to the salary indicated elsewhere in this agreement, a teacher who is employed by the employer as a teacher in a colony in Hutterit, receives an allowance of USD 1,001, with a proportional, pro-rata allowance, if the teacher does not teach full-time or for an entire school year in the colony. 17.2.2 The employer publishes the collective agreement and the link to the ASEBP website on the Livingstone Range School website. 18.11 All existing collective agreements between the parties or their effects are repealed.

4.2.3.3 New recruitments in colony schools receive only the settlement allowance provided for at 4.2.3.2. 4.5.2 Any current principal obligation that has entered into a term of less than five years on 1 September 2017 may be pursued in the term contract up to a total number of five-year years called the principal obliged. If the total term of the headteacher designation is five years as of August 31, 2018, the employer must decide by April 30, 2018, whether or not the designation is maintained during the 2018/2019 school year, and if it continues, it is deemed sustainable. 2.1 The collective agreement will enter into force on September 1, 2012, unless otherwise stated, and will remain in effect until August 31, 2016.
